Ever since Allu Arjun and Atlee’s film was announced there’s been a lot of hype surrounding the project.  More so because the film is the follow up for the actor after blockbuster Pushpa 2 The Rule. The new film is loaded with cinematic creature effects, prosthetic makeup and state-of-the-art animatronics. Talking about the film, Allu Arjun earlier shared that he liked Atlee’s idea and his aspirations. He said, “I felt we were like-minded on many levels. We hope to bring a very new visual spectacle to Indian cinema. It will be a very international presentation with Indian sensibilities.

Film set in an alternate reality / parallel universe?

Buzz is that Allu Arjun will be seen in the role of a warrior in a set up that has a parallel universe in the film. The reports have certainly had the fans of the actor going crazy. It’s been speculated that the story might be set in an alternate reality / parallel universe with multiple characters. Unfolding in various timelines. There were many theories that were doing the rounds. Rumours were also rife that Allu Arjun will be seen in dual role — twin brothers — in the film.Apparently, the actor will boast of two distinct looks to play the part in the action-packed spectacle. If the reports turn out to be true, then it’s the first time he will be seen in a dual role.

Allu Arjun bulks up for the part

Meanwhile, Allu Arjun started prepping up for the part. The actor has begun physical transformation under coach Lloyd Stevens. The coach’s knack of assisting celebs to burn the fat without giving up on the traditional foods is widely known. The makers hint at the film giving the audiences a massive and immersive experience. Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures is bankrolling the magnum opus which will go on floors soon.
