The screening for Daayra was hosted on September 17, 2026, just a day before its official theatrical release. The National Award-winning filmmaker Meghna Gulzar, director of the film, arrived in a fresh salt-and-pepper look from head to toe. Her husband, Govind Sandhu, accompanied her in traditional grey wear.
Indian film producer Jayantilal Gada and director Siddharth Roy Kapur were in attendance. Pragati Mishra, a lead actor of Daayra, made her presence known in full elegance, sporting a black dress with gold embroidery. Even Gargi Kundu was present in dazzling attire. Rekha was there draped in a white and gold saree.
The stars of the show, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Kareena Kapoor Khan, rolled the red carpets of stardom, turning heads with their arrival.
