In a horrific incident, an Air India flight carrying 242 passengers crashed near Ahmedabad Airport on Thursday (June 12, 2025). The London-bound Flight AI 171 crashed moments after taking off from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International airport in Gujarat. According to reports, the flight crash-landed in a residential area on to a medical college hostel near the airport in the afternoon. The flight was headed for Gatwick Airport, south of the British capital. Condolences are pouring in from across the world on social media. Joining hands in expressing their grief are Tollywood stars.
